Nice, but Swedish language is Svenska not Svensk. Svensk is the noun for a Swedish person or a thing. A Swedish book: en svensk bok. A book in Swedish: en bok på svenska.
I could not guess it is Svenska, I just review icons. There is the link on DeviantArt to these icons designer. I think he will be thankful to you for this information.
